Any personal data collected by the Internet Service Administrator is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as: RODO.
The Internet Service Administrator makes every effort to protect the privacy and information provided to him by the Users of the Internet Service. The Administrator selects and uses appropriate technical measures, including those of a programming and organizational nature, to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular, the data is secured against its disclosure to unauthorized persons, its revelation, loss, destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against its processing in violation of the applicable law.
